How can I register?

You can register an account by clicking the "Register" button from the header or it can be done automatically when you post your first ad. In the latter case, you will receive by email the login details.

Is registration mandatory?

In our commitment to ensuring a safe and seamless classified ad experience, we have established a straightforward registration process for all users. Registration is indeed a mandatory step before posting classified ads on our platform.

Why was my ad disapproved?

There are multiple reasons why an ad may be disapproved; when a user abuses the system (publishes an ad and the next day deletes it and recreates another ad), when a user hides the IP (uses proxy/vpn), when an ad is similar to another ad already posted by the same user, when the photos in the ad are false (downloaded from the internet), etc.

Why my ad has been edited?

In the process of reviewing your ad we may decide to edit it (remove images or edit text) to align it with our standards. Perhaps instead of removing the ad, we prefer to accept it but first edit it to comply with the terms and conditions.

How long does it take to activate my ad?

If your ad is pending approval you should wait. In general it takes between 12 hours and 24 hours, therefore we ask for patience.

How to keep my ad in the first positions?

You can renew your ad for free every 6 hours from your personal area by clicking on the "Renew" button. When renewing your ad, it will be sent to the first positions. If you prefer to always be in the first positions, you must buy a premium package.

Where exactly does my Premium Ad appear?

Your Premium Ad will always be shown on the top positions of:

1. • Homepage
2. • Your category
3. • Your city
4. • Keyword searches related to your ad

Why am I required to pay a Premium package?

Although Ad creation is free, in certain circumstances we require the purchase of a Premium package to activate the Ad. This rule applies to ads from certain countries or certain users who abuse our website (example: a certain phone number may be required to pay a premium package).

How can I temporarily deactivate my ad?

If for any reason you need to temporarily disable an ad, you can do so from your personal area by clicking the "Offline" button. When you want to republish it, go to "Archived Ads".

How can I remove an ad?

You can delete an ad at any time from your personal area by clicking on the "Delete" button.

How can I delete my account?

If you need to delete your account, you must enter your personal area where the "Delete account" section. Remeber: Once the account has been deleted, no data will remain on our server. Deleting the account will remove all related ads.

Why was my ad removed?

We reserve the right to remove all advertisements that do not comply with our terms and conditions. It may be because you already have a similar ad and therefore we do not accept duplicate ads. We also remove all the ads that are using proxy to hide the IP or suspected fraud ads.

Why was my account deleted?

Your account can be deleted for various reasons. If we suspect that you are trying to fraud other users. We can also delete the accounts of users who abuse the system. For more information please read the Terms and Conditions page.
